4. How studio customer data is handled
MannlyStudio stores studio operational data on the studio's own WordPress installation or managed hosting environment. MannlySoftware acts as a technology provider to the studio. Studios are responsible for obtaining any required notices and consents from their clients. MannlyPortal stores licensing, activation, and integration configuration metadata needed to operate the software platform.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information:
- With service providers that help us host infrastructure, process payments, deliver email, provide analytics, or support integrations you enable.
- With integrated third-party services you connect inside MannlyStudio or MannlyPortal.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate.
